to Work

As a candidate for Perry Township Trustee, I am deeply honored by the opportunity to serve our community. Public service, to me, is both an honor and a challenge, one that I wholeheartedly embrace.

I believe that Perry Township is ready to greet the future and I want to be your representative in shaping that future. My goal is to leave Perry Township as an even better place to work, raise a family, and be a unified community.

I am not just a candidate; I am a proud resident of Perry Township for the past 27 years. This is not just a place I call home; it's a community that I deeply care about. My wife and I have raised our family here, and today, we are blessed with five wonderful daughters and four precious grandchildren. These personal ties to our community have fueled my passion for serving Perry Township.

In recent years, I have taken an active role in helping guide responsible growth and thoughtful development.

I proudly serve on the Perry Zoning Board (since 2023) and am a committee member of the Lake County Land Use & Zoning Committee. More recently, I was honored to be named an alternate to the Lake County Planning Commission, representing Lake County Commissioner Morris Beverage III. I have also been a proud sponsor of the Perry Fall Festival and Perry Athletics, continuing to support the spirit and traditions that make our township special.

I also make it a priority to consistently and faithfully attend Perry Township meetings, ensuring that I stay fully informed and engaged with township matters. In addition, I attend Perry School Board meetings, as well as North Perry and Perry Village council meetings when possible. These ongoing efforts help me stay in touch with what’s happening across our broader community.

As your trustee, I will share the lessons learned in 36 years of business experience. As a businessman for over three decades, I understand the importance of responsible leadership, fiscal prudence, and effective decision-making. Currently, I am a Realtor with EXP Realty, and this experience has given me valuable insights into our local real estate market, an essential aspect of our township's economic health.

With your permission, I want to improve transparency in our local governance with more effective communication and by supporting participation from you, and all of our neighbors.

I am not just a candidate; I am your neighbor, a fellow parent, and a business owner who believes in the potential of Perry Township. I want to preserve our history as we meet the future together.
